YOUR JANUARY, 2022 WOO WOO NEWSLETTER

I want to start this new year’s newsletter with an overflowing heart-felt thank you to each of you for believing in my journey in so many ways.  Thank you for being in my life in whatever way that looks.  I appreciate you and am grateful we are connected.  I am so excited for ALL of us as we move together into this potentially very expansive new year together!

Just look at all those 2’s in our new year!  Exciting!  In numerology, this year is a “6” year.  6 is the most loving, harmonious, nurturing number of all.  It will be a year of healing and lots of change in relationships for a start. New careers, new projects, new ways of looking at how and where we live.  A year for bringing a more balanced and harmonious vibe into our days and nights.  Self-care, self-awareness, self-nurturing will all be top of the list so that we can continue evolving to the best versions of ourselves.  This benefits us individually as well as collectively – a win-win! To learn more, read Kaitlyn Kaerhart’s numerology predictions for 2022 here https://www.mindbodygreen.com/articles/2022-numerology-forecast.

Hopefully, in 2022, travel will once again be part of our plans and not just our dreams.  Here is a fun article that proposes destinations for the new year based on our astrological sun signs.  Thanks to my good friend and travel buddy Tia McSherry for sharing this link.  The Destination You Should Visit in 2022, Based on Your Zodiac Sign.  I lived in Provence for three years and grew to adore every corner of it, so Maya’s choice for beauty-loving Librans is spot on!  How cool to get our astrocartography map to guide us to the best places for us to live and travel!

Instead of resolutions which we all know usually get broken, let’s power up with Emmanuel Dagher’s Helpful Navigation Tools for 2022  www.emmanueldagher.com.

Make our well-being a priority through daily self-care and self-Love

  • Turn off the news and anything else that thrives on the energy of us being afraid

  • Spend more time in Nature

  • Drink 10 glasses of pure spring water a day

  • Nourish our body with organic, low-carb, GMO-free foods

  • Embrace our emotions by feeling them rather than suppressing them

  • Volunteer or be part of a local cause/community that feels to be in alignment with our true selves

  • Spread kindness and Love wherever we are

  • Meditate or have a good belly laugh for at least 5 to 10 minutes a day

  • Give ourselves a healthy outlet to express ourselves by being creative with music, art, dance, crafts, or other creative outlets

  • Remember that we are all one family, even though the mind may try to convince us otherwise

January Woo Woo Tarot and Oracle Card Layout

  1. The High Priestess – the 2 card of the Major Arcana.  This card focuses our attention on connecting with our heart space, our subconscious, our Divine Feminine energy as well as the need to balance both the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine.  Take time to meditate, sing, dance, paint, walk in nature – get out of our busy, busy “monkey minds” and into our creative heart space. When we close our eyes and take a few minutes to meditate, we immediately tap into our subconscious, intuitive space- let’s spend more time there!

  2. The 6 card – The Lovers – for this universal 6 year there will be so much emphasis on relationships of all types.  Sometimes this is called the “marriage and divorce” number.  Letting go of what no longer serves our best interest and making way for the new.  The emphasis is on experiencing higher levels of love for ourselves and others.  Building trust, healing emotional wounds, being willing to be vulnerable and open in our important relationships.

  3. The Change and Healing Empowerment cards support and echo some of the important themes for 2022 that are beginning now in the month of January.  Exciting!  Let me know how it’s going – and thanks for reading!

May you always walk in the remembrance of who you truly are. And may you never lose your song.
