I offer this image of a sunflower to honor the people of Ukraine (their national flower) at this time of great sadness and suffering there. I am sending loving and compassionate thoughts to the Ukrainian people and to all who are experiencing the destructive energy of current events. The swirl patterns in the sunflower are one of nature’s most beautiful depictions of the mathematical intelligence found throughout the natural world. Check out this beautiful new magazine which is chock full of practical and trending articles from many different voices. It’s all about aging gracefully with focuses on mind and body, inspiration, business, and eating well. I’m also passionate about a course I’m taking focused on the Divine Feminine by Anya Grace.
